the main role is give support to woman that impacted from ISIS Invasion at Ninvaeh (sinjar -Sinuni )

Main role of Project manger : Supervise on Program Implementation at Nineveh Area , Reporting & Writing Proposals ….

Specific requirements:

• Area manager and project coordinator in Sinjar and Sinuni. Coordinates, and has direct responsibility for implementation of a project under the project manager supervision
• Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary
• support duties.
• Serves as principal source of information on established unit/project/program policies and advises staff.
• Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other material using word
• Prepares and maintains unit’s records (such as financial, personnel, administrative,)
• coordinate with government and stockholders and community
• Provides for smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the centers
• responsible for all procurement process in Sinjar and sinuni centers
• May assist in preparation of grant proposals.
• assist in interviewing, training, scheduling and distributing work to other staffing agencies
• monitoring and evaluating the project activities and suggesting edits on the work plan based on the discussion with case management
• provide feedback to project managers due to the monitoring and evaluation report .
• Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.

• Preferred skills : 
• 3 Years work Experience at similar Position.
• very good Experience at GBV .
• Very Good  Experience at MHPSS.
• Very good Experience about Managing the staff .
• Experienced with English Arabic & Kurdish
• Very Good Experience with MS Office.
• Job Location :  Sinjar.
