TDH Italy is looking for 2 team leaders to be in charge of guiding the work of the protection teams deployed in Erbil governorate. The protection teams are in charged of conducting community based protection activities, collecting the feedback and complains from the communities and delivering awareness campaigns.

• bachelor degree in social sciences, law, international relationships. Different backgrounds should be compensated with relevant experience;
• at least 2 years of experience as team leader, coordinator or other management position for local or international NGOs;
• at least 2 years of experience working in protection field;
• very good knowledge of community based protection, community mobilization and accountability systems for affected population;
• good communication and reporting skills;
• good IT knowledge;
• fluent in at least one language between Arabic and Kurdish
• fluent in English written and spoken
