Description:
Due to our continued growth, Wright Manufacturing, Inc. (WMI), an award winning producer of commercial grade lawn equipment, is looking to add a Warehouse Associate to our Internal Logistics Team.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position, earning overtime at time and one half for hours worked over 40 hours per week. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. Occasional work on Saturdays may be needed as work flows dictate.

*Opportunity for overtime is available but not guaranteed

Primary Duties to include:
• Operate a forklift to assist with receiving material and material flow
• Unload trucks for receiving
• Dock to Stock transfers of all ground shipped material. Deliver to home locations using FIFO, and organizing/facing shelves as you go
• Deliver all ground-shipped non PN/SKU items to the departments or individual’s desks who ordered them
• Collect and transport all cardboard, pallets, etc. from production floor to DOCK area
• Take out all cardboard, wood, trans axle containers, and engine racks/crates as well as load dumpsters effectively and call for JIT pickup
• Keep dumpster area clean and clear of debris
• Assist with loading mowers/ accessories/ LTL loads
• Daily inspection and maintenance of Clark forklift
• Assist with unloading metal deliveries
• Respond to radio calls from Receiving/ Shipping/ Machining for assistance (Keep radio on person)
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Qualified candidates for the role of Warehouse Associate should be able to demonstrate:
· Strong attention to detail
· Consistent work history
· Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled
· Ability to work in a moderate to high noise level environment
· Excellent attendance record
· Forklift experience (certification preferred)
· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
· Positive, team player attitude
· Strong, independent work ethic
· Good organizational skills
