The Position: Experience/Social Media Specialist. This exciting hybrid role has both a strong focus on social media and also supports the Experience team in planning and overseeing client experiences. It’s important to be aware of cultural differences of International clientele in order to anticipate how to best customize our services to their needs. This role is internal and service provider facing.
Experience Team
- Responsible for assisting the Experience team in executing all client inquiries.
- Maintains positive and effective communication with Global Service providers.
- Prepares client collateral such as proposals, confirmations, visit itineraries and more.
- Researches new projects as needed.
Social Media Focus
- Capable of taking an idea to become a fully formed social campaign
- Form concepts/plans and Pitch Content to Founder and Brand Manager
- Craft content that is consistent with Brand positioning, Mission and Values.
- Social Media Accounts: Create content, post consistently at optimal time and align appropriate hashtags/tags for peak engagement, oversee community engagement and management.
- Develop growth and engagement strategies.
The Candidate: Must be fully fluent in English (both written and spoken), with proper spelling, grammar, vocabulary, & punctuation. Must have Social Media and Luxury Hospitality experience. Opportunity for travel depending on the flow of business.
