Your mission
Your job goal will be to drive the advertisement revenue within our games and application by experimenting with bidding prices and negotiating best deals with major ad platforms
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Identification of the growth points and strategy for the Ad Monetisation
- Bidding and Waterfall Management of the company’s mobile games portfolio (we use MAX Mediation)
- Communication and negotiation with partners on issues (bugs, discrepancies, creative quality, SDK updates) as well as commercial opportunities
- Dashboard development and KPIs monitoring of all ad-related features (eCPM, ARPDAU, Ads/DAU, etc)
- Keeping a feel for the current advertising landscape and application of ad trends to mobile games
The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay:
- 1-3 years of experience in mobile gaming industry
- A strong understanding on how mobile advertising works
- Up-to-date knowledge of global waterfall optimisations
- Ability to work on manual tasks, digging deep into data
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- A passion for automation, processes and systems. Technology is at the heart of our team
- Passion for mobile gaming and data
