Data Architect (f/m/x)

To accelerate the implementation of our data and tech strategy and support our strong growth and momentum, we are currently looking for a Data Architect (f/m/x) to join our team.

What Will Keep You Challenged?

• You will support our architecture team take to ELEMENT to the next level of building our data and information system.
• Based on a deep understanding of our specific business model, you will enhance the data that will lead the further development of our data architecture.
• Your actions and involvement will help us scale the business significantly in the next 5 years across several business segments and enable ELEMENT to be successful in its next growth phase.
• In close cooperation with our leadership, business (UW, Claims, Pricing, Sales etc.), and technical teams you will find and support solutions that are beyond today’s traditional data and tech thinking.

What Will Make You Succeed?

• At least 5 years’ experience in the design and implementation of:
• Data Modelling
• Master and Reference Data Management
• Activation of Cloud Services
• Data Governance
• Expert fluency in SQL and a good understand of additional scripting languages.
• A recent certification as an Enterprise Architect, TOGAF, ArchiMate (from the Open Group).
• Familiarity with the Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK, from DAMA).
• Familiarity with the ACORD standard.
• Previous leadership experience with ability to influence and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to easily interact with a vast variety of stakeholders: business, compliance, developers, data managers and project managers.
• Being a true team player in a multi-cultural work environment, with the ability to see the big picture as well as deep dive into details when necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and being results-oriented.
• You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic organization.
• Excellent English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
