Marketing Manager (senior level, m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with several years of experience.

About The Role

As part of the business services team, you are responsible for all marketing activities and report directly to E.CA’s management. You develop, plan and steer the marketing strategy and operations internationally. A marketing assistant located in Brussels will support you in the operational work. Your areas of responsibility comprise:

• External communications (PR, website, social media activities)
• Event management, such as the annual Expert Forum conference with approx. 250 participants and 20 speakers, and other client or HR events
• Coordination of marketing activities (e.g. conference participation of E.CA staff, sponsorings)
• Development of branded material (publications, giveaways, etc.)
• Employer branding, in cooperation with our HR department
• Submissions to analyst houses and directories
• Support in preparing high-quality proposal documents (pitches)
• Opportunity management including conflict check
• Administration and data maintenance for project documentation and client data
• Budgeting

About you

• Degree in the field of marketing, event management, communications or a similar field
• Minor degree in or knowledge of economics and willingness to familiarize yourself with the content of competition policy in order to communicate the external appearance of the company
• Excellent English proficiency; German and other languages are a plus
• Several years of professional experience preferably with another consultancy, law firm, or in a similar field
• Calm and confident, with a positive attitude
• High level of motivation, creativity, personal responsibility and reliability as well as a structured and independent way of working
