We are looking for an energetic and dedicated B2B professional to join the Sales Operations Department in Berlin. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who has implemented best-practice sales techniques and software in previous roles.

Your Role:

  • Plan and execute sustainable sales projects and processes and measure their effectiveness by KPI driven tracking
  • Optimize processes through close coordination with the Global Sales Team and other internal teams
  • Drive our number-driven approach to Sales across the team reporting on and steering our performance
  • Employ the best of technology and other data advancements to enable the sales team
  • Coach the sales team members by showing, through data, their KPIs and areas of potential improvement
  • Support in financial planning, sales forecast, target and budgeting
  • Drive alignment with internal stakeholders and manage all sales supporting projects
  • Adapt the SF sales cloud CRM to the team’s needs by owning the no-code changes and coordinating with technical teams on code changes
  • Think creatively about how we build our pipeline and increase conversion
  • Report to the Head of Sales Operations in the Sales department

About You:

  • You are a self-starter with an upbeat outlook and highly organized
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with a B2B Sales Organization or B2B Customer Success team
  • Experience in optimizing and scaling sales processes
  • Experience working with market-leading CRM software such as Salesforce and data reporting tools such as Tableau
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in working with data
  • You’ve successfully implemented new technological solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. You are able to network and build trusting relationships quickly with partners and Blacklane staff.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and fluent in English
