We have an exciting opportunity available for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our Resourcing Team, part of the UK & Ireland HR function based in our Head office in Chelmsford.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all candidates looking to join the Benefit brand in a retail-based role and will support the department in all Recruitment related administration and duties.
First Stage Recruitment -Advertising all store-based vacancies on our website & recruitment sites – positions such as Counter Manager & Beauty Adviser.
Ensuring any changes to vacancies are advertised correctly.
Sifting large volume of applications received via recruitment website, consistently assessing against company criteria.
Heading hunting/ CV searching passive candidates for key vacancies.
Shortlisting & regretting candidates.
Inviting all candidates that meet the correct criteria to an online video interview.
Reviewing the online video interview and updating candidates appropriately.
Inviting successful candidates to an online audition with the HR Business Partner/Recruiter – ensuring the Recruiter is fully booked with online auditions.
On an ad hoc basis support the recruitment team with attending recruitment job fairs and representing the brand on college open days/job fairs.
Managing the Benefit Refer a Friend process and ensuring recommended candidates are taking through the recruitment process successfully
Ensure the vacancy tracker is showing the correct data to report correctly.
Organise agency cover as and when required for specific retailers.
Collateral send outs – Arranging for posters, banners, badges etc to be sent to store/Sales Development Manager as requested to advertise key vacancies and open days.
Line Management – Supporting and developing the Resourcing Apprentice

Required Skills/Qualifications
1 year experience in an admin/resourcing role
Beginners Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Good planning & organisation skills
Supportive Team player.
Flexible to change
We offer hybrid working with 60% of hours being completed in the office and 40% flexible working from home.
