The candidate must have experience with consumer financial regulations, including those relating to payments and credit products at the state and federal levels and unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices laws. Experience with emerging platforms/FinTech, mortgage lenders/services, cryptocurrency and other digital assets are pluses. Prior law firm experience. Must be a member of a Local Bar in good standing. Outstanding communication skills, oral and written, are required, as is an unrelenting commitment to client service.
