The candidate must work well individually and as part of a legal team and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of clients. Prior insurance defense experience is required as this position will focus on bodily injury defense, construction, and other insurance defense matters. Should be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial, including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc. Must be currently licensed to practice law in TX; additional licensure in other States is a plus.
