Prepares necessary legal documentation, obtains and prepares pertinent defense information, and advises clients and claims personnel on general legal issues.
Ability to manage cases by planning and initiating effective investigations and discoveries and to evaluate the potential exposure for settlement, arbitration and trail in terms of liability and damages.
Requires a law degree and admission to the Bar in the state(s) where practicing.
0-5 years as licensed attorney. Insurance Defense BI trial experience 1st and 2nd chair a plus.
Insurance defense experience is desired.
