Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in our client’s Dallas office.
Experience Should Include
- Securities law
- Rgistration statements and periodic reports filed with the SEC
- General corporate law
The ideal candidate will also have some, but not necessarily include, experience representing public and private clients in a variety of corporate transactions as well as in corporate governance matters. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
