This role is responsible for leading the HR governance and compliance for the group.
Requirements
Degree qualified
10-15 years experience in HR related positions, with experience in a large corporate group setting.
An expert in local labour laws, including most recent changes and updates.
A strong business partner able to advise leadership across the group on policies and legalities within HR.
Experience leading a large shared services department with a strong hold on the process flow, for a business with over 10k staff.
